About
ICCL.

Inhale Culture Celebrate Life Ltd — a registered Australian charity and public company limited by guarantee, established in September 2025 and based in Thornbury, Victoria.

Our purpose

Advancing
culture in multicultural Australia.

ICCL exists to advance culture in Australia — through festivals, events and programs that reflect the country's multicultural reality and foster intercultural understanding, community connection and social cohesion.

We are a small, volunteer-led charity that focuses narrowly on doing a few things well. Our flagship is MOMO Fest Melbourne. Beyond it, we partner with artists, food producers, councils and communities to bring public cultural programming to life.

"To advance culture in Australia by curating, producing and presenting festivals, events and programs with a focus on arts, culture and heritage representing multicultural Australia — while fostering intercultural understanding and social cohesion."
— Principal object · Constitution adopted 27 August 2025

What ICCL is set up to do.

v.
